Moo???

Savasana in class today was so nice but the weirdest thing happened. While I laid there, I had an image, and it was an image of two cows getting married. It was very cute, it was a cartoon, in the style of the cartoons I watched when I was little like Woody Woodpecker and Bugs Bunny. It was very bizarre! While usually in Savansana I try to use it a chance to clear my thoughts and meditate, I decided this time to not push this cute imagery aside and just let it ride out. I mean of all things, why this???? This must be a what "trip" feels like.

Anyone ever had weird visions or thoughts while laying in Savasana? Share your experience and please tell me I'm not the only wacko.

I love that! =)

I've had lots of weird thoughts and images during shavasana, but nothing quite like that.

I have and usually I just attribute it to my mind trying to get my attention away from a meditative state... but let's face it, sometimes our minds are far more entertaining than stillness! :)

I see images of colors....its always been weird for me but I may just start to see pink then green and so on. I have always thought it was really weird. But I am glad I am not the only one whoose mind does their own thing when totally relaxing.

I think it's awesome that you found an image on the Internet of two cows getting married to support your post. LOL

Not in savasana but I've had weird images pop up before falling asleep at night, but while I'm still conscious.

Living in Wisconsin (the Dairy state) I bet lots of folks around here would LOVE that cow vision ;-)

I started doing Yoga not long ago and I have the weirdest things during Shavasan. Last time I felt like someone was walking around me, I thought it was the instructor, but later found out he had been on the floor doing Shavasana too. Also, I heard voices saying "he's gonna reveal himself" "he's gonna materialize" . Please tell me I'm not crazy, hahaha. I swear I don't hear voices at any other times of the day, just during this period in class.
