I am stuck right in the middle of a heatwave as I write this. It is time to think of ways to keep cool but kind of spoil yourself at the same time. Lo and behold!
I just discovered this today, but a couple of weeks back, Joy The Baker posted a great recipe for Ice Cream Cupcakes but remember, it's Summer so they're melt quick, eat up!
